All Employees Except Tradesperson General Supervision. All employees who supervise shall be paid at a rate of twenty-three cents ($0.23) thirty cents ($0.30) per hour effective January 1, 2020, thirty- five cents ($0.35) per hour effective January 1, 2021 and forty cents ($0.40) per hour effective January 1, 2022, per employee. This rate shall become part of their regular hourly rate.
