Common use of All items or Automated Clearing House Clause in Contracts

All items or Automated Clearing House. (ACH) transfers credited to your account are provisional and subject to our receipt of final payment. If final payment is not received, we reserve the right to charge your account for the amount of those items or ACH transfers and impose a return fee on your account. After we have received final payment, we refer to these deposits as collected items. If Cascade FCU incurs any fee to collect any item, Cascade FCU may charge such fee to your account. Cascade FCU reserves the right to refuse or to return all or any item or funds transfer. Cascade FCU shall have the right to charge back against your account all previously deposited items or other items endorsed by you that are returned to Cascade FCU unpaid, regardless of whether the amount of the item has been available for your use.
