All Other Changes. All other modifications to the CTSA must be accomplished through a formal written amendment executed by an authorized representative of DIR and Vendor. DIR and Vendor reserve the right to require periodic update of the Terms and Conditions, of the CTSA and all relevant documents associated therewith, to maintain alignment with new and changed legislation, legal requirements, rules and regulatory requirements relevant to the perfor- xxxxx by Vendor of this CTSA.

  • Other Changes A. The Master Agreement is hereby amended as follows: 1. The following definitions are added to Article 1: Definitions:

  • No Other Changes Except as explicitly amended by this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to any advance or letter of credit thereunder.

  • Coverage Changes and Effective Dates Subd. 1. When Coverage May be Chosen.

  • Common Areas - Changes Lessor shall have the right, in Lessor's sole discretion, from time to time: (a) To make changes to the Common Areas, including, without limitation, changes in the location, size, shape and number of driveways, entrances, parking spaces, parking areas, loading and unloading areas, ingress, egress, direction of traffic, landscaped areas, walkways and utility raceways; (b) To close temporarily any of the Common Areas for maintenance purposes so long as reasonable access to the Premises remains available; (c) To designate other land outside the boundaries of the Industrial Center to be a part of the Common Areas; (d) To add additional buildings and improvements to the Common Areas; (e) To use the Common Areas while engaged in making additional improvements, repairs or alterations to the Industrial Center, or any portion thereof; and (f) To do and perform such other acts and make such other changes in, to or with respect to the Common Areas and Industrial Center as Lessor may, in the exercise of sound business judgment, deem to be appropriate.

  • Interim Changes Since the date of its balance sheets, except as set forth in Exhibit C, there have been no (1) changes in financial condition, assets, liabilities or business of Amalgamated which, in the aggregate, have been materially adverse; (2) damages, destruction or losses of or to property of Amalgamated, payments of any dividend or other distribution in respect of any class of stock of Amalgamated, or any direct or indirect redemption, purchase or other acquisition of any class of any such stock; or (3) increases paid or agreed to in the compensation, retirement benefits or other commitments to its employees.

  • Relation to other Chapters 1. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures, except as specifically identified in this Chapter, and Chapters 1 (Initial Provisions), Chapter 8 (Trade in Services), Chapter 13 (Transparency), Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement), Chapter 15 (Dispute Settlement), Chapter 16 (Exceptions) and Chapter 17 (Final Provisions). 2. Further to Chapter 13 (Transparency), each Party shall establish or maintain appropriate mechanisms to respond to inquiries from interested persons regarding laws and regulations relating to the temporary entry of business persons. 2. Each Party shall endeavor to, within a reasonable period that should not exceed 30 days after an application requesting temporary entry is considered complete under its domestic laws and regulations, inform the applicant of the decision concerning the application.

  • Alterations and Amendments This Agreement, applicable fees and service charges may be altered or amended from time-to-time. In such event, we will provide notice to you. Any use of the Service after we provide you a notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change(s). Further, we may, from time to time, revise or update the applications, services, and/or related material, which may render all such prior versions obsolete. Consequently, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement as to all such prior versions of the applications, services, and/or related material and limit access to only the Service's more recent revisions and updates.
