All Other Gross Receipts. The Contractor shall pay the Airports Authority eight percent (8%) of all other Gross Receipts. Gross Receipts under this category include but are not limited to receipts from other services Contractor rendered, assessed commercial fees as stated under Section 3.03, and other merchandise and display advertising, including subcontracted work under the provisions of this Contract, other than those Gross Receipts or revenues listed in Section 5.01 A.2. herein.
