All Other Participants. Except as provided in Section 4(b)(3)(A), if the Participant is entitled to a benefit pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) hereof due to the Participant’s Separation from Service due to Disability, the number of shares of Common Stock determined in accordance with Section 4(a)(2) shall be registered in the name of the Participant and delivered to the Participant as soon as practicable but not later than the 70th day after the date of the Participant’s Termination Date.
