All Other Terminations of Employment. In the event of Employee’s Termination of Employment for any reason or under any circumstances other than those specified in Sections 2(a) and 2(b) above, the then-outstanding Restricted Shares not vested at the date of such Termination of Employment will be immediately forfeited.
