Common use of All Other Terminations Clause in Contracts

All Other Terminations. In all other cases of termination or expiration of this agreement or of Executive's employment (including a termination of Executive by Company for Cause, Executive's resignation of employment or Executive's permanent disability or death), Executive's compensation and benefits shall terminate on the date the employment ends and Executive shall not be entitled to any termination payments or damages.
