All Other Terminations. If the Company terminates Employee’s employment due to the death or disability of the Employee or for Cause pursuant to Sections 4.1(a), (b) or (c) or the Employee terminates Employee’s employment pursuant to Section 5.1(b), Employee shall only receive payment for all earned and/or vested benefits and wages pursuant to the terms of the underlying benefit plans and programs and all applicable laws through the Termination Date, and Employee shall not be entitled to any of the other payments and benefits set forth in Sections 6.1 or 6.2.
