Common use of All Risk Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

All Risk Property Insurance. (i) During construction, an All Risk Property insurance policy including earthquake and flood (with sublimits as appropriate) shall be maintained during the course of Work being performed and include Start-up and testing for installed equipment and delayed opening coverage.
