Common use of All Services Clause in Contracts

All Services. Customer hereby assumes sole responsibility for: (a) Subscription Users’ use of Application Services, Support Services, Professional Services, Sugar Market Services, and/or Sugar Care (collectively, “Services”) in accordance with the Documentation, (b) ensuring only Subscription Users use Services and not share access credentials, (c) determining the suitability of Services for Customer’s business, and (d) the acts and omissions of any third-party contractors used by Customer to assist with the installation, implementation, use and modification of Services. 2.1.1.

All Services.
