Common use of All Sums Due and Payable as Rent Clause in Contracts

All Sums Due and Payable as Rent. Sublessee shall also pay without notice, or where notice is required under this Sublease, immediately upon demand without any abatement, deduction, or setoff, as additional rent all sums, impositions, costs, expenses, and other payments which Sublessee in any of the provisions of this Sublease assumes or agrees to pay, and, in case of any nonpayment thereof, Sublessor shall have, in addition to all other rights and remedies, all the rights and remedies provided for in this Sublease or by law in the case of nonpayment of rent.
