ALL WRITINGS CONTAINED HEREIN. This agreement, including the appended “General Terms and Conditions,” the latest approved budget, Remedial Action Program Guidelines, and ECOLOGY’S Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans, Ecology Publication #91-18 (Revised September 2005), contains the entire understanding between the parties, and there are no other understandings or representations except as those set forth or incorporated by reference herein. No subsequent modification(s) or amendment(s) of this grant agreement shall be of any force or effect unless in writing, signed by authorized representatives of the RECIPIENT and ECOLOGY and made part of this agreement.
