Alleged Marketing Violations. The MCOP shall immediately notify ODM in writing of its discovery of an alleged or suspected marketing violation. ODM will forward information pertaining to alleged marketing violations to the Ohio Department of Insurance and the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit as appropriate.
