Common use of Alliance Agreement Clause in Contracts

Alliance Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to modify the respective rights and obligations of the Parties as set forth in the Alliance Agreement. Moreover, for the avoidance of doubt, the parties affirm that they do not intend for this Agreement to supersede the terms of any CDP the parties have executed pursuant to the Alliance Agreement, or that the parties subsequently execute.
