Allied kaimahi who undertake duties in one or more of the following functions: a) Providing non-teaching support to enhance the attraction, retention, and outcomes of ākonga (e.g., library services, ākonga/student support, quality and assurance, counselling and health services, international student services, recruitment, admissions, and enrolment) b) Supporting the operations of the employer (e.g., marae operations, people, culture and wellbeing, finance, digital, communications, marketing, external engagement, events and liaison, administration services including Executive/Personal Assistants, accommodation and hospitality services) c) Undertaking the maintenance, care, and security of the physical infrastructure (e.g., property and facilities services, groundskeepers, custodians, security). d) Learning Designers at the Open Polytechnic.
