Allocation file. Simultaneously with (or prior to) funds transmission, Employer will send information to HQY via an electronic file or through HQY’s website that indicates how contributions should be allocated to Account Holders’ HSAs, and will cooperate promptly and fully with HQY in connection with all required reconciliations or error corrections. HQY will have no liability for any file or funds not received by HQY, for any delay in transmitting funds, or for any error in allocating contributions to HSAs in reliance on data or instructions provided by Employer.

  • Transit Records 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • Location Data Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information. To provide and improve these services, where available, Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, and location search queries. The location data and queries collected by Apple are collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers to provide and improve location-based products and services. By using any location-based services provided by or through the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its partners', licensees' and third party developers’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting in the Apple Software and either turning off the global Location Services setting or turning off the individual location setting of each location-aware application on your computer. The Location Services setting is found in the Security & Privacy pane within System Preferences. When using third party applications or services on your computer that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.

  • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file. Such rebuttals, other than grievances, shall be attached to the document and placed in the personnel file.

  • Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 The Optional Daily Usage File will be distributed to <<customer_name>> via an agreed medium with CONNECT:Direct being the preferred transport method. The Daily Usage Feed will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the Daily Usage Feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN.
