ALLOCATION OF CATCH-UP SALARY DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTION. The Committee shall allocate the Catch-up Salary Deferral Contribution among the Participants by allocating to each Participant the amount by which his Considered Compensation was reduced pursuant to a salary deferral agreement under Section 3.02 and shall credit each such Participant’s share to his Catch-up Salary Deferral Contribution Account.
