Allocation of Earnings. This Section 7.04(B5.07(B) applies solely to the allocation of Earnings of the Trust Fund. Earnings means the net income, gain or loss earned by a particular Account, by the Trust, or with respect to a contribution or to a distribution, as the context requires.
