ALLOCATION OF SALARY DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTION. The Committee shall allocate the Salary Deferral Contribution among the Members by allocating to each Member the amount by which his Considered Compensation was reduced pursuant to a salary deferral agreement (as described in Section 3.01) and shall credit each such Member's share to his Salary Deferral Contribution Account.
