Allocation of Stewards. The Employer shall recognize one (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ per shift.
Allocation of Stewards. A. The parties agree that the existing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ positions will remain as of the effective date of this agreement. B. If there are up to 50 bargaining unit employees, one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be designated to represent that Office. Two Stewards may be designated if there are from 51 to 100 bargaining unit employees in the Office. If there are 101 to 150 bargaining unit employees in the Office, a third ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be designated. If there are more than 150 bargaining unit employees in the Office, a fourth ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be designated. No office having fewer than 50 bargaining unit employees will have more than two stewards designated from its staff. C. Any proposed changes of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ placement positions in A. and B. will be discussed between the Local President and the Regional Labor Relations Officer. Any unresolved issue(s) will be forwarded to the Director of the Office of Departmental Labor Relations (ODLRN) and the NCFLL President for resolution.
