Allocation Required by Applicable Law. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article IV, if the applicable provisions of the Code and Treasury Regulations require that any item of Net Income or Net Loss be allocated in a manner different than as provided in this Article IV, then the allocation shall be made in accordance with the applicable Code or Treasury Regulation provision to the extent, and only to the extent, so required.
