Allocation Time Period. The effective date of this Allocation shall be the date of this Agreement. The expiration date of this Allocation is March 31, 2017. The period of time between the effective date and the expiration date is the Allocation Time Period. The Participating Municipalities may charge to this Allocation allowable costs incurred, in accordance with Section 4.2 hereof, during the Allocation Time Period. Costs incurred prior to the Allocation Time Period are not allowable unless authorized in writing by Treasury. After the Allocation Time Period, the Participating Municipalities may charge to unobligated Allocated Funds in their possession allowable costs incurred in accordance with Section 4.2 hereof.
