Common use of Allocation to Fringes Clause in Contracts

Allocation to Fringes. The Union shall have the option to divert money from wages to any of the funds provided for in this Agreement or to transfer contributions among any of these funds upon sixty (60) days' prior written notification to the Associations signatory hereto. The sixty-day prior notification can be waived by the mutual consent of the parties to this Agreement.
