Allocation to Principal and Income. The determination of all matters with respect to what is principal and income of the Trust Estate, and the apportionment and allocation of receipts and expenses between principal and income, shall be governed by the provisions of the California Uniform Principal and Income Act, as amended from time to time. Any such matter not provided for either in this Trust Agreement or in the California Uniform Principal and Income Act shall be determined by the Trustee, in his or her discretion.
