Allocations to Project Purposes. Prior to the time that additional project conservation facilities or supplemental conservation facilities are constructed, the Delta Water Charge shall be determined on the basis of an allocation to project purposes, by the separable cost-remaining benefits method, of all actual and projected costs of all those initial project conservation facilities located in and above the Delta, and upon an allocation to the purposes of water conservation and water transportation, by the proportionate use of facilities method, of all actual and projected costs of the following project facilities located below the Delta: The aqueduct intake facilities at the Delta, Pumping Plant I (Delta Pumping Plant), the aqueduct from the Delta to San Xxxx Forebay (X’Xxxxx Forebay), San Xxxx Forebay (X’Xxxxx Forebay), and San Luis Reservoir: Provided, That all of the actual and projected costs properly chargeable to the generation and transmission of electrical energy in connection with operation of project conservation facilities shall be allocated to the purpose of water conservation in, above, and below the Delta: Provided further, That allocations to purposes the cost of which are to be paid by the United States shall be as determined by the United States. Commencing in the year in which the State first awards a major construction contract for construction of a major feature of additional project conservation facilities, or first commences payments under a contract with a federal agency in the event a major feature of additional project conservation facilities is constructed by such federal agency under an agreement requiring the State to pay all or part of the costs of such construction, the Delta Water Charge shall be determined on the basis of the foregoing allocations and upon an allocation to project purposes, by the separable costs-remaining benefits method and subject to the foregoing provisos, of all projected costs of such feature of the additional project conservation facilities: Provided, That if the agreement with such federal agency allows repayment of costs of a portion of a facility to be deferred, the associated costs of such portion shall be excluded from the Delta Water Charge computations until repayment of such deferred costs or interest thereon is commenced by the State: Provided further, That all costs of additional project conservation facilities incurred prior to the award of a major construction contract, shall be included in the Delta Water Charge computa...

  • For General Conditions Costs Contractor’s Application for Payment shall be submitted on a Schedule of Values approved by the Owner and include complete copies of all receipts, invoices with check vouchers or other evidence of payment, payrolls, and any and all other evidence which Owner or its designated representatives shall deem necessary to support the amount requested. This information is subject to audit and payment for these costs is dependent on Owner’s receipt of accurate and complete records of all transactions. Owner may reduce the amount requested for General Conditions Costs in any Application for Payment if Owner, in its good faith judgment, determines that the unpaid balance of the General Conditions line item in the Schedule of Values is not sufficient to fund necessary General Conditions Costs for the remainder of the Project.

  • Changes to Project Should the Subgrantee wish to make changes to the outcomes, Scope of Work, equipment to be purchased, key personnel, expenditures or deliverables, the Subgrantee must request permission to revise the project. This is done by submitting a Change Request. Changes within a budget category that are more than ten percent (10%) of the award or that move funds from one budget category to another require submission of a Change Request. Approval must be obtained from the Division before the changes are implemented in the project. Approval will be granted for changes that are consistent with the intent of the approved application or prior Change Requests. Changes to the project must be requested using the Change Request in the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
