Common use of Allottee to Mutate and Pay Rates & Taxes Clause in Contracts

Allottee to Mutate and Pay Rates & Taxes. The Allottee shall (1) pay all fees and charges and cause mutation in the name of the Allottee in the records of Howrah Municipal Corporation, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of taking conveyance deed of the Said Apartment (Date Of Conveyance) and (2) pay the Rates & Taxes (proportionately for the Project and wholly for the Said Apartment from the Date Of Possession Notice and until the Said Apartment is separately mutated and assessed in favour of the Allottee), on the basis of the bills to be raised by the Promoter/ Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof. The Allottee further admits and accepts that the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the aforesaid bills.
