Common use of Allottee to pay maintenance charge Clause in Contracts

Allottee to pay maintenance charge. The Allottee shall pay maintenance charge on the basis of bills to be raised by the Promoter or Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof.
