Allowable Expenses and Fiscal Documentation. A. The Recipient must maintain adequate documentation for expenditures of this Agreement to permit the determination of the allowability of expenditures reimbursed by CDFA under this Agreement. If CDFA cannot determine if expenditures are allowable under the terms of this Agreement because records are nonexistent or inadequate according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, CDFA may disallow the expenditures.
