Allowance for Damaged Clothes and Tools. 59.1 Where an employee’s clothes, spectacles, hearing aid or tools have been damaged or destroyed by fire or spoiled by acid, sulphur or other deleterious substances due to the circumstances of their employment, Territory Generation will reimburse the employee for purchasing replacement items having regard to the cost of the article and its expected period of serviceability. The provisions of this clause do not apply where the item is provided by Territory Generation.
