Common use of Allowance Not Paid Clause in Contracts

Allowance Not Paid. Allowances described in this Letter Agreement No. 1 will not be earned or paid with respect to Engines which have been delivered to the aircraft manufacturer for installation in Airline’s Aircraft if, thereafter, for any reason, Airline’s purchase order with the aircraft manufacturer is terminated, canceled or revoked, or if delivery of the Aircraft will be prevented or delayed beyond the expiration of the Delivery Period.
