Allowance Not Paid. Allowances described herein will become unearned and will not be paid if Engines have been delivered to the aircraft manufacturer for installation in Airline’s Aircraft and, thereafter, Airline’s purchase order with the aircraft manufacturer is terminated, canceled or revoked, or delivery of the Aircraft will be prevented or delayed beyond ***** of the delivery period described in the Aircraft Delivery Schedule herein (“Delivery Period”), in each case as a result of Airline’s breach of its purchase agreement with Airframer.
