ALLOWANCE -OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS. Whenever the Board employs a member of the unit who has an unused accumulated number of sick days from another school district in New Jersey, the District may honor such additional sick leave time accumulated by the member up to forty (40) days in addition to the sick leave provided in Section A of this Article.
