Allowed Time for Union Negotiations. 1. The Principal shall recognize the Federation building representatives of the Federation in the school. 2. The Principal, or Superintendent, will meet with a committee of the Federation, if requested to do so, with adequate notice. Such meetings will take place at a time mutually agreeable to both parties.
