Alloy. Such registered agent is a resident of the Commonweaxxx of Virginia and actually resides therein. The Member may select any person permitted by applicable law to act as registered agent for the Company in each jurisdiction in which it is necessary or appropriate for the Company to have a registered agent, and may replace any such person from time to time.
