Understandings of the Parties. 3.1 The area affecting this MOU includes the drainage system that abuts the Beaufort Middle School. This MOU endeavors to facilitate the routine maintenance of the drainage system between the Beaufort Middle School and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Center Street which has commonly been referred to as the “Xxxx Xxx Canal” system.
