Common use of Alterations and Additional Equipment at existing Delivery Station Clause in Contracts

Alterations and Additional Equipment at existing Delivery Station. (a) In respect of Delivery Station components that the User has responsibility for under this Agreement, the User must (at its own expense) alter equipment, move equipment or install additional equipment at that Delivery Station, where reasonably requested in writing by JGN for reasons that may include, but are not limited to, alterations to equipment or installation of additional equipment to achieve upgraded measurement performance.
