Alterations and Upgrades to Equipment. 13.1 Hospital shall not make any modifications, alterations or additions to the Equipment (other than normal operating accessories or controls) without the prior written consent of GKF. Hospital shall not, and shall not permit any person other than representatives of Elekta or any other person authorized by GKF to, effect any inspection, adjustment, preventative or remedial maintenance, or repair to the Equipment without the prior written consent of GKF. All modifications, alterations, additions, accessories or operating controls incorporated in or affixed to the Equipment (herein collectively called “additions” and included in the definition of “Equipment”) shall become the property of the GKF upon termination of this Agreement.
