Alterations by the Lessee. The Lessee will not alter the Premises or place, install or attach any fixtures or equipment to be used in connection with the Lessee’s event without obtaining the Lessor’s prior written approval to (i) such improvements and (ii) the manner in which said fixtures and equipment are to be installed and located in the Premises.
