Common use of ALTERATIONS TO EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

ALTERATIONS TO EQUIPMENT. User acknowledges and agrees that User may not load, install, or utilize any software, attach any hardware, device or other accessories, make any changes or alterations to, or otherwise modify the Equipment without the express written permission of School. User’s use of the Equipment is a privilege, not a right, and is conditioned on User abiding by this Agreement and the AUP.
