Common use of Alternative Employment Program Clause in Contracts

Alternative Employment Program. 10.5.1 During the alternative employment program the employee will perform duties and tasks allocated by People and Culture that are within the employee’s skills and ability. This will continue pending suitable alternative employment being provided with Council. The employee will also have access to reasonable paid time to undertake job searching activities including job interviews.
