Access to such facilities is granted to Industry where opportunities exist for co-innovation beneficial to the RI, and project, regional, national and EU funding is used to supplement co-financing from Industry. IP rights are distributed on a project-by-project basis, following considerable negotiation and legal process. However, this model is now being supplemented by different TI- Industry interaction models.
