Alternative to Business Incentive Repayment. As an alternative to Recipient’s Business Incentive Repayment obligations described in Sections 3.1 and 3.6, Recipient may execute and deliver to the Grantor a warranty deed transferring the Recipient’s entire right, title, and interest in and to the Property to the Grantor.
