AMALGAMATION RESTRUCTURING OR RE-ORGANIZATION OF THE AGENCY. The Employer agrees to meet with the Union Executive during the term of the agreement for the purpose of discussing any concerns the Union may have with respect to any proposed restructuring, reorganization or full or partial amalgamation of the Employer which may have affect on bargaining unit employees. This Schedule shall not be amended or deleted unless upon agreement of the parties.
