Amendable Date. 7 8 This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including [INSERT 9 DOR + 5 YEARS] and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding 10 [INSERT ANNIVERSARY OF DOR], unless written notice of intended change is 11 served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended 12 (the “Act”) by either party at least (6) months prior to [DOR+5 years] or on any 13 [ANNIVERSARY OF DOR] thereafter. 14
