Amending and Supplementing Contract Documents. 17.1 The Contract Documents may be amended to provide for additions, deletions, and revisions in one or more of the following ways: a formal Written Amendment or a Minor Change. All requests for changes to the Contract must be submitted in writing to TCEQ. 17.2 Written Amendment. A Written Amendment allows for material changes to the Contract such as changes to the Contract Grant Amount, changes to the Request for Reimbursement Deadline or Contract Expiration Date, or other changes that affect the material obligations of the PERFORMING PARTY in this Contract. All Written Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
