Minor Change. TCEQ has authority, without a Written Amendment, to correct any typographical errors, make changes to the Project Representative, make written Contract interpretations, and make minor non-material changes to the requirements in the Scope of Work. Minor changes must be made in writing, including via email, and provided to the PERFORMING PARTY’s Project Representative. The PERFORMING PARTY must provide TCEQ with a written objection to any Minor Change no later than five (5) business days from the effective date of the Minor Change.

Minor ChangeNotwithstanding the above, PVTA without invalidating the AGREEMENT may from time to time order changes in the scope and/or extent of service area boundaries, schedules, operating hours, and so forth to respond to demand, special events and other occurrences without requiring an amendment pursuant to this SECTION, provided that such changes do not result in a either an increase or decrease in the number of annual vehicle revenue hours in dedicated vehicle service of more than twenty percent (20%). Adjustments to service shall be a prerogative of PVTA. No operational changes that affect service, scheduling, hours of operations, response times, or any other characteristics of the PVTA transportation services shall be made by the CONTRACTOR without the approval of PVTA. PVTA will notify the CONTRACTOR thirty (30) days in advance of service changes. Smaller service changes can be made in a shorter time by the mutual agreement of PVTA and the CONTRACTOR.

Without limiting the foregoing, Insubstantial Changes, for example, will: · Affect a single component within equipment with no impact to process parameters · Add a minor inspection step with thoroughly understood impact to quality · Effect equipment maintenance or calibration procedures with no impact to process / Product · Fix a software bug or make a modular addition with no change to original functionality · Improve safety or reduce variation on minor equipment with no impact to process / Product · Change a document name/number or format · Update the structure/format, add more detail to instruction or improve flow of a document/test method An Insubstantial Change may be made by Lifecore without notice to the other party. An administrative change to the Manufacturing, Product, or testing documentation, such as correcting grammatical errors or formatting, should be classed as No Risk. Lifecore shall have the right to make No Risk changes pertaining to the Product, its Manufacturing, documentation, or testing at Lifecore’s discretion. A No Risk Change may be made by Lifecore without notice to the other party.

  • Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.

  • Contractor Changes The Contractor shall notify DAS in writing no later than ten (10) Days from the effective date of any change in: a. its certificate of incorporation or other organizational document; b. more than a controlling interest in the ownership of the Contractor; or c. the individual(s) in charge of the Performance. This change shall not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the Performance. DAS, after receiving written notice by the Contractor of any such change, may require such agreements, releases and other instruments evidencing, to DAS’s satisfaction, that any individuals retiring or otherwise separating from the Contractor have been compensated in full or that provision has been made for compensation in full, for all work performed under terms of the Contract. The Contractor shall deliver such documents to DAS in accordance with the terms of DAS’s written request. DAS may also require, and the Contractor shall deliver, a financial statement showing that solvency of the Contractor is maintained. The death of any Contractor Party, as applicable, shall not release the Contractor from the obligation to Perform under the Contract; the surviving Contractor Parties, as appropriate, must continue to Perform under the Contract until Performance is fully completed.
