AMENDING THIS AGREEMENT. 8.1 The terms and provisions of this Agreement may be amended by written memorandum executed by both the Federal Minister of the Environment and the Chief Executive Officer of the AER. 8.2 Subject to section 49 and 62 of CEAA 2012, this Agreement may be terminated at any time by an exchange of letters signed by both parties.
