Amendment and Incorporation of Amendments. Within 10 business days of receiving a request from Covered Entity for an amendment of PHI maintained in a designated record set, Business Associate shall make the PHI available and incorporate the amendment to enable Covered Entity to comply with 45 CFR §164.526. If any individual requests an amendment from Business Associate or its agents or subcontractors, Business Associate shall notify Covered Entity of same within 10 business days.
