Amendment and Other Modifications. This Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and the observance of any term of this Agreement may be waived, by the parties hereto. Any such modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be signed by all the parties hereto.
