Common use of Amendment and Supplement Clause in Contracts

Amendment and Supplement. Any amendment and supplement of this Agreement shall come into force only after a written agreement is signed by both the Licensor and the Licensee. In the event of any discrepancy between this Agreement and the Previous Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the discrepant provisions.
